Olive Garden will offer active-duty military and veterans free entrees on Veterans Day this Friday.
It’s a new offer from the Italian chain, owned by Orlando-based Darden Restaurants, who recently apologized after a local Kiwanis club wasn’t allowed to display the American flag in their Alabama Olive Garden.
An Olive Garden spokeswoman was not immediately available for comment.
Provide proper proof of service at any Olive Garden restaurant in the US and Canada on Veterans Day (Friday, November 11th 2011) and enjoy a free entree complete with baked garlic breadsticks and a choice of soup or salad.
To make this VFW Lady happy, PLEASE BRING AN AMERICAN FLAG WITH YOU!
Veterans and active military members can choose from Seafood Alfredo; Chicken Parmigiana; Braised Beef and Tortellini; Cheese Ravioli, Spaghetti & Meatballs; or the unlimited Soup/Salad/Breadsticks combination.
The free Veterans Day offer at Olive Garden is valid for dine-in only and does not include dessert, beverages or tip. Valid proof of service required.
